These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the D8 IDEAS website, mobile application, digital services, marketplace features, community programmes, and other related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Platform.
2. About D8 IDEAS
D8 IDEAS is an integrated digital ecosystem intended to connect individuals, businesses, service providers, and communities through digital services, collaborative economic initiatives, marketplace connectivity, and technology-enabled solutions.
Depending on availability, the Platform may provide access to:

Community programmes and collaborative initiatives.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must:
Meet the minimum legal age and eligibility requirements applicable to the service you wish to access.
Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Keep your account information up to date.
Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You must not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, or provide false or misleading information.
We may request additional identity verification or supporting documentation where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, financial activities, or access to particular services.
4. Account Security and Responsibility
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, subject to applicable law and any failure attributable to our systems or personnel.
You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, or misuse of your credentials.

D8 IDEAS does not guarantee the quality, suitability, availability, or performance of every third-party service.
Where D8 IDEAS directly provides a service or expressly assumes responsibility for a transaction, the applicable service-specific terms will govern that relationship.
6. Islamic Wealth Pooling and Financial Activities
D8 IDEAS may facilitate access to collaborative wealth-building or Islamic wealth pooling initiatives, subject to the availability and legal authorization of the relevant programme.
Each initiative may have its own participation agreement, eligibility criteria, contribution requirements, fee structure, withdrawal rules, risk disclosures, and other conditions.
By participating in a wealth pooling initiative, you acknowledge that:
You must review and accept the applicable programme documentation before participating.
Financial activities are subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and the specific contractual arrangements governing the initiative.
Shariah alignment must be assessed according to the structure and governance of the particular initiative; the platform's general Islamic positioning does not, by itself, certify every financial product or transaction.
Returns, profits, capital preservation, or financial outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly provided under a legally enforceable arrangement.
Financial participation may involve risks, including financial loss, liquidity limitations, delays, or counterparty default.
Any applicable fees, risks, withdrawal restrictions, and distribution mechanisms must be disclosed in the relevant programme documentation.
Unless expressly authorized and disclosed, D8 IDEAS does not represent that it is a bank, licensed investment manager, deposit-taking institution, or regulated financial adviser.
No wealth pooling or investment-related feature will be offered where doing so would violate applicable law or required licensing conditions. Participation may be restricted by country or user eligibility.
7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Certain services may require payment of fees, subscriptions, contributions, or other charges.
Before confirming a transaction, users should review the applicable price, payment method, taxes, additional charges, and refund or cancellation conditions.
Where payments are processed through third-party payment providers, their terms may also apply.
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant service terms or required by law:

Businesses and service providers using D8 IDEAS must provide accurate business and service information and maintain any licenses, permits, or authorizations required for their activities.
Business users are responsible for:
The accuracy of their listings, prices, and service descriptions.
Fulfilling their commitments to customers.
Handling their applicable taxes, licenses, and regulatory obligations.
Protecting customer information in their possession.
Complying with applicable consumer protection, privacy, and commercial laws.
We may review, remove, restrict, or suspend business listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, business, or financial activities.
Publish misleading investment claims or guaranteed-return promises without a lawful and substantiated basis.
Use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other prohibited activities.
Upload malicious software or attempt to compromise the Platform's security.
Interfere with the operation, availability, or integrity of the Platform.
Access another user's account or personal information without authorization.
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
Misuse community programmes, marketplace features, or third-party integrations.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, subject to applicable law.
10. AI Tools and Automated Features
D8 IDEAS may introduce AI-powered features, recommendations, automation, and integrations with external systems.
AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Users should independently verify important information before relying on it.
AI outputs do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, investment, or religious advice unless a specifically authorized service expressly provides such advice under applicable requirements.
You must not use AI features to generate unlawful content, mislead other users, or violate third-party rights.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Platform's software, branding, logos, design, text, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to D8 IDEAS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Platform for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected Platform materials except where expressly permitted by law or with the necessary authorization.
Content submitted by users remains subject to the rights of its respective owner. By submitting content, you grant D8 IDEAS the limited permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process, and distribute that content for the operation of the relevant service, subject to applicable law and your rights.
12. Privacy and Personal Information
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected.

We aim to maintain a reliable Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect users, subject to legal, security, and operational considerations.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Platform and request account closure through the available account settings or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:

Suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Security concerns or unauthorized account access.
Legal or regulatory requirements.
Non-payment of applicable charges.

Account closure does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations, settle pending transactions, or eliminate records that must be retained under applicable law. Relevant financial or service agreements may continue to govern outstanding commitments.
15. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or system.
General information provided through the Platform is for informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate professional advice.
The Platform's general commitment to Islamic principles does not constitute a blanket certification of every service, business, transaction, or financial arrangement available through it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, duties, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D8 IDEAS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data, where such exclusion is legally permitted.
Subject to applicable law, D8 IDEAS is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, representations, or performance of third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Any other limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by the laws governing the relevant relationship.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This provision does not make you responsible for losses caused by D8 IDEAS' own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct where such responsibility cannot legally be transferred or excluded.

If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the service-specific agreement will prevail for that service to the extent expressly stated and legally permitted.
